Training & Placement Club is a student driven club with an objective to guide students to choose proper career. It is headed by Dr.Veerabhadra Reddy, Training and Placement Officer cum Professor of Mechanical Engineering. “Coming together is beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success”. Training and Placement Club culture reflects the intent of the above statement. Engineering is a stage of life wherein one has to acquire skills other than academics. It is that stage of everyone’s life to work for a better career in the competitive world of today. Training & Placement Club is one such platform which helps students to know about the industry requirements and helps them to enhance their skills accordingly. It helps one to grow from student level to Co-ordinating level and gives them multiple opportunities to organise different events in college. This helps students to get accustomed to team work and builds a professional, healthy working environment. It also helps an individual to explore their innate abilities to face the industry requirements. It’s a hub where students of all branches and years work together, which results in exchange of ideas, knowledge sharing and helps to build mutual co-ordination. One can also be in touch with alumni and thus gain from their constructive experiences. Ultimately, being a T&P Co-ordinator helps in self improvement with overall development for achieving of zenith in their respective careers and to help fellow students and friends in the same.
