Preamble
G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College promotes a conducive, harmonious, and student-friendly environment. The college recognizes the importance of establishing an effective mechanism for addressing grievances and has therefore constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) in accordance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations, 2019 and the AICTE Regulations, 2019.
The committee provides a fair, transparent, confidential, and timely grievance redressal system for students and employees. All stakeholders with genuine grievances are encouraged to approach the Grievance Redressal Cell and submit their complaints either in writing or through email.

Objectives
The objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee are:
- To provide an effective, transparent, and accessible grievance redressal mechanism.
- To ensure timely, fair, and impartial resolution of grievances in accordance with institutional policies and statutory regulations.
- To promote a healthy academic and professional environment through amicable resolution of disputes.
- To maintain proper records of grievances, actions taken, and resolutions for institutional improvement.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is a high-level committee responsible for addressing grievances raised by students and employees.
The committee:
- Reviews every grievance carefully.
- Conducts a fair inquiry into the matter.
- Resolves complaints promptly and impartially.
- Attempts to settle issues amicably wherever possible.
- Accepts grievances submitted through email or written applications.

Functions of the Committee
The Grievance Redressal Committee performs the following functions:
- Receive, examine, and resolve grievances promptly and impartially.
- Ensure confidentiality of complainants and provide protection against retaliation.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain grievance records and submit periodic reports to the Head of the Institution.
- Recommend preventive and corrective measures to improve institutional policies and practices.
- Promote a fair, transparent, and student-friendly environment by addressing grievances efficiently.
