The Dean shall coordinate all institutional quality assurance, accreditation, strategic planning, evaluation, and statutory/regulatory compliance activities related to AICTE, UGC, the affiliating university (JNTUA), APSCHE, and other regulatory agencies. The functions are listed below.

• IQAC coordination
• NBA and NAAC accreditation
• AICTE approval process
• UGC compliance and submissions
• Affiliating university (JNTUA) compliance
• APSCHEand other statutory data submissions
• NIRF and other ranking frameworks
• Academic and administrative audits
• Institutional policy documentation
• Strategic planning and performance monitoring
• Coordination of statutory committees’ documentation
