Guidelines for Faculty Advisors:
- Societies within each department must jointly organize 12 events per semester, with at least 2 individual events for each society.
- All regular faculty from the EEE, ECE, CSE and CSM departments must hold IEEE membership.
- Ad-hoc faculty advisors can avail loan facilities from the college to obtain IEEE membership, with repayment to be deducted from salary in installments.
- Faculty advisors are responsible for ensuring the quality and relevance of events organized under their respective societies.
